Want to learn tools to help manage your stress?
Understanding how our brains work, how our nervous systems are triggered and learning how to emotionally self-regulate, helps us reduce feelings of overwhelm and teaches us how to take care of ourselves.
Through a variety of fun and absorbing exercises, including practices based on the latest neuroscience research, participants learn useful tools for daily life including; emotional self-regulation, breathing techniques, and how to create their own personal cheerleading troupe!
By the end of the workshop you will have practical tools to reduce anxiety, stress and calm an overactive mind, leaving the workshop with a greater sense of peace, resilience, and confidence.

Are you feeling burnt out from working through the pandemic? Are you working in a frontline third sector organisation in Brighton and Hove? Would you like access to highly subsidised coaching sessions to take the time to reflect, take stock and support your mental health?
Evolve Coaching has received funding from Awards for All to offer subsidised coaching sessions to those working in Brighton and Hove’s frontline third sector organisations. We recognise the impact Covid has had. This project aims to increase the resilience and support of third sector staff, by offering 1:1 coaching sessions and, at a later date, two wellbeing workshops.
There are 20 places available – offering 5 coaching sessions per person – for a total cost of £50 per person – that’s £10 per coaching session!

Becoming a Successful Arts Practitioner is a group coaching programme that develops skills, knowledge and mindset, enabling participants to earn income as an arts practitioner. By exploring the psychological aspects of turning your creativity into a business and sharing ideas and experience in a group of peers, participants learn how to become a successful arts practitioner.
6 x 2 hour sessions between April-September 2022.

This 5 session course will give you creative writing tools to support your wellbeing. Using your life for inspiration, writing exercises will hone your creative writing skills and provide you with new insight, build confidence, resilience, and emotional awareness. Open to anyone interested in exploring their creativity and supporting their mental health, even those who have never written before.
Funded by the Contain Outbreak Management Fund this course is aimed at people who have been adversely affected by the Covid19 pandemic and lockdown.

Finding time for creativity can often drop to the bottom of our priority list. Practical, income related tasks can push creativity to one side. But being creative can make us healthier, happier, and more productive, so how can we find time for creativity in our busy lives?
In this workshop, you will examine your current commitments and find ways to increase time for creativity. Through a series of writing exercises, reflection, group discussion, movement and collaboration, you will explore what is important to you, how to prioritise and gain a fresh new perspective. You will leave the workshop with an action plan and increased motivation to make time for creativity.

This workshop enables you to explore who you are in a safe, fun, and innovative way through simple movements, creative writing exercises, and group discussion.
You will find out whether you are a leader or a follower, identify your strengths and weaknesses, and consider how your inner dialogue shapes your actions.
You will safely explore your inner psyche, motivations, and potential barriers, through a series of simple yet revealing exercises, so that by the end of the workshop you have new insight into who you really are and therefore what jobs and roles will suit you best.
